Our reception
Reception is for most of the day a very busy area of the practice.
Our receptionists and nurses on duty there do much of the 'first line' work - answering the phones, making appointments,
greeting visitors, keeping the vets to their appointment schedule and generally keeping everybody happy and organised.
We also have a variety of products and pet foods on sale as well as a range of informative leaflets.
Just ask the staff on duty if you have any questions - they'll be happy to help.

The hospital in Buckhurst Hill is open
7 days a week, Monday to Friday from 8.30am until 7.00pm, Saturdays 9.00am until 4.00pm and Sundays and Bank Holidays 10.30am until
12.00noon.
Our branch in Walthamstow is open Monday to Friday from 8.30am until 1.00pm and then 2.00pm until 7.00pm and Saturdays 9.00am until
12.00noon then 2.00pm until 4.00pm
