Reception, a warm welcome awaits you!
The Palmerston Veterinary Group is staffed by one part time and two full time receptionists. These people are the
first contacts that you will make when you attend the hospital.
Our receptionists will try to make your visit as pleasant and as trauma free as possible; they are there to help you and
they will check your animal's details.
We have free tea, coffee and chocolate available in reception should you wish.

Opening times:
The hospital in Buckhurst Hill is open
7 days a week, Monday to Friday from 8.30am until 7.00pm, Saturdays 9.00am until 4.00pm and Sundays and Bank Holidays 10.30am until
12.00noon.
Our branch in Walthamstow is open Monday to Friday from 8.30am until 1.00pm and then 2.00pm until 7.00pm and Saturdays 9.00am until
12.00noon then 2.00pm until 4.00pm
Our branch in Hornchurch is open Monday to Friday from 8.30am until 1.00pm and then 2.00pm until 7.00pm and Saturdays 9.00am until 12.00noon then 2.00pm until 4.00pm
